Opening GDPR is the European Union's data protection regulation, applicable from 25 May 2018. It aims toensurethe protection of EU citizens' personal data.The GDPR is therefore directly applicable to all organizations that process personal data. In Hungary, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information monitors compliance with the Regulation and can impose significant fines if personal data is processed inappropriately.

I provide the following data protection services:

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR LEGAL ADVICE

If you would like to discuss your legal problem with me and you think it would be easier to clarify your issue orally, please book a consultation.

Consultation fees are listed next to each service, are indicative and apply for a 45-minute consultation.

By prior arrangement, consultations are available not only in person, but also online (Teams) and by telephone.

After booking your appointment, I will contact you on the contact details provided to confirm the exact time of your consultation, agree billing and payment details, and agree the relevant documents, which I can review to provide you with effective, personalised advice.

You can change or cancel your appointment by e-mail or phone at least 24 hours before the booked time. If the cancellation is made after this time or the Client does not show up at the selected time, the 50% of the service fee will be charged as an availability fee.

In case you need further assistance with the legal issue you have raised, I will inform you of the expected costs according to the complexity of the case. In this case, the consultation is part of the total cost and will not be charged separately.
