REAL ESTATE LAW
The sale or purchase of a property is often one of the most significant financial decisions of our lives, whether it is the sale or purchase of a plot of land, an apartment, a family home or a business property. It is important to note that these contracts must be countersignedby a lawyer, so the involvement of a lawyer is always mandatory.. It is advisable to choose an experienced professional to draw up the contract, who will ensure that the ownership of the property is established, that the property is released from encumbrances where necessary and that the contract is drafted carefully to avoid future disputes.
I provide the following services in relation to real estate:
- Preparation of sale and purchase contracts and gift agreements.
- Preparation of lease contracts and giving opinion on them.
- Termination of joint ownership by contract.
- Full range of legal services in the event of possible release from encumbrances.
- Agricultural land transactions (sale and purchase and gift of land in allotments and subdivisions, land conversion).
- Preparation and amendment of articles of association, preparation of Organizational and Operational Rules condominiums.
